Better Me Model
In this course you will learn about meditation, mindfulness and the Better Me Model, a self-development model that uses mind empowerment and habit development as tools to self-reflect in the most important areas of our life. The physical aspect (concerning our health and our body), the social aspect (related to our relationships of all types), the financial aspect (related to our passion and work) and the mental aspect (where our happiness is found, built with the acts of self-discipline and the 5 Universal Goodness).
The program consists of 6 sessions, though it depends on the focus and progress of the participant and the specific area to be worked on.
At the end of the program, you would have incorporated the practice of meditation as well as set new habits in place that will contribute to your desired outcome through self-reflection.
