The brand has been built around inner processes experienced by Tatiana who believes a holistic and sustainable approach towards wellbeing will generate a positive impact in society. Having a balance between the emotional, physical, mental, financial and spiritual states of our being. And how that impacts our relation to the world.

Meet Tatiana

Meditation & Mindfulness Trainer

Colombian national, citizen of the world, tennis athlete, with a background in Finance and Business, passionate about sustainability and wellbeing. Tatiana found meditation in 2019, at a point in her life where she had started her Passionpreneurship and self- development journeys. Experiencing inner peace encouraged her to pursue a slower lifestyle; especially after achieving a lot from living full speed but not having time to breathe deeply or get to know herself. Therefore, feeling that inner peace made her treasure it, appreciate it and motivated her to spread it with the world. Hence, getting certified as Meditation & Mindfuless Trainer by the World Peace Initiative Foundation in 2020.

My experience with Tatiana has been one of the best I have had in my life, I consider that I am a person with little affinity to meditation, but many aspects of my life (anxiety, bruxism, insomnia, depression, low mood, little interest in myself) made me take this step in the search of inner peace, this journey through meditation brought me great changes within. I can sleep better, I still have episodes of insomnia and bruxism but now that I am more aware I take 5 to 10 minutes at night and achieved a great improvement. Sleeping better makes my ideas clearer and my decision making is more accurate, besides I improve my concentration and my mood, now I take those moments to create an environment around meditation where my goal is simply the search for my personal peace and understanding. Tatiana is very open during the sessions and guides you in an easy way which makes the sessions very comfortable, she understands your needs and works to improve these aspects, I am very happy to have taken the BMM course and now I can say that I am closer to my happiness.
